Required for all new non-exempt wells and existing non-exempt wells that produce more than 25,000 gallons per day. All wells both exempt and non-exempt must be registered with the District.

WELL COMPLETION STANDARDS
All wells must be completed in accordance with the well completion standards set forth under the Texas Water Well Drillers and Pump Installers Administrative Rules, Title 16, Part 4, Chapter 76, Texas Administrative Code, and under these Rules, and must be completed in compliance with applicable rules and regulations of any other governmental entity.
Crockett County Groundwater Conservation District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
